Who we are
Transform Families is dedicated to transforming lives and communities in Uganda through faith, education, and family empowerment. Founded in 2020 on the belief that nurturing children and young people is key to national transformation, we exist to help families become all that God intended them to be.
We pursue this mission through family-centered evangelism, discipleship, and practical skills that promote self-sustainability. Our programs include church planting, child leadership development, educational initiatives, spiritual growth programs, and holistic community support.
At the heart of all we do is our Transformation Formula:

This simple truth guides our work and reflects our conviction that lasting transformation happens when Christ is at the center of every home and community.

Our evangelism programs include school outreaches, local and international missions, door to door outreach.

Disciple Families
Discipleship involves teaching biblical precepts while modelling and guiding others toward living righteously as followers of Jesus Christ. Our discipleship programs include planting cell-based churches, marriage encounters , children and youth camps and VBS, pastoral training, family conferences, developing and sharing resources for churches
Equip Families
Our empowerment programs focus on leadership and skills development linked to job and business opportunities. In this program, we train women and men in different skills for improving employability and livelihood opportunities, reducing poverty, enhancing their agriculture productivity.
